Information we collect

• Account details you provide when you apply or sign up (name, email, password, professional profile).
• Member activity in the dashboard, such as posts, comments, referrals, guest applications, and partnership inquiries.
• Payment details handled by Stripe when you donate, buy merch, or purchase event tickets. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

We use this information to run the podcast community, process referrals to partner organizations, review applications, send transactional email, fulfill orders, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Referral details may be shared with the partner organization you selected so they can follow up. We also use trusted processors such as Supabase (accounts and data), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Sanity (content), and Cloudflare (hosting). Those providers only receive what they need to perform that service.

Your choices

You can update your profile in the dashboard, or email us to request a copy or deletion of your account data where the law allows. Some records (for example completed referrals) may be retained as needed for the partner organizations and legal obligations.
